The Encore Fellowships Network

Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.
Two non-profit organizations, an arts and dance-related non-profit and a non-profit focused on aiding seniors to find employment, are seeking an HR Manager Fellow.

-- Review HR processes

-- Revise internal HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance

-- Preference for a candidate who is interested in transitioning the HR fellowship to a regular part-time position if there's a mutual fit

-- Knowledge of California state employment laws required.

Stipend : $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension

Work Schedule : 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible

Work Location : 100% remote

Start Date: October 15, 2021, Flexible
