Encore Fellowships match skilled, seasoned, retiring professionals, with 20-25 years work experience with paid, high-impact engagements in the social impact sector. Seeking HR management expertise for Paid Fellowship for a nonprofit focused on improving equity in education Experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR compliance, performance evaluation, and organizational leadership desired. Bay Area preferred but candidates in Pacific time zone will be considered
Stipend : $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule : 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location : Remote/on premises
