Lending Operations Associate

As a full-time Lending Operations VISTA in Pursuit’s Albany office, you will support the lending team in working on procedures and processes for the community focused small business loans Pursuit offers. Working closely with the Chief Lending Officer and underwriting staff, you will help develop and finalize loan operations processes, continue to establish long-term client documentation procedures, and adjust the lending process to best meet the needs of clients in the post-pandemic environment.

Bachelor’s degree required.
