Family Health Matters is a Federally Qualified Health Center in North Orange County. The mission of Family Health Matters is to work in partnership with our community to improve the lifelong health and well-being of our patients. Family Health Matters is looking for a dedicated and committed volunteer(s) that can work alongside our case manager to log weekly BP readings from patients participating in the remote hypertension program. Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 3 months to participate. Volunteer position will be held at the medical office.
