Assumption Community Faith in Action is a program to help those who are 60 years old or older remain independent in their homes. We provide many different services including, but not limited to: Respite Care, Friendly Visiting, Transportation, Chores, Homemaking, Caregiver Support, Support Planning, and more!
We are currently in need of volunteers to provide Respite Care as well as Friendly Visiting.
If you have any questions regarding the program , would like to volunteer, or maybe need help yourself, please contact me via email or telephone.
Currently masks are requested to be worn in the presence of clients.
