Volunteer with the American Red Cross in Chapel Hill, TN
Be a Blood Ambassador (receptionist) and help make a difference! Blood Ambassadors do not give blood but are responsible for providing excellent customer service to the blood donor by helping with the check in process.
Event: October 20th-1:00am to 7:00pm
Location: Chapel Hill, TN
Key Responsibilities:
- Donor receptionists welcomes donors, help check-in donors, distribute required reading material, and maintain a smooth donor flow
- Offer refreshments to donors, alert the collection staff if a donor needs assistance, and thanks the donor for their donation
- Ensures donors have a positive experience
Time Commitment: The American Legion Post has ongoing blood drives monthly-Looking for volunteers to serve as a Red Cross volunteer for 3 months taking 1 to 2 shifts per month.
