Volunteers needed for Halloween on Horseback Fundraiser

Project H.O.P.E. Equine Assisted Services is holding their annual fundraiser and we are seeking volunteers to help us run our Halloween on Horseback fundraising event. This event is our biggest fundraiser per year with our proceeds going towards providing Equine Services to children in Findlay and Bowling Green, Ohio. The volunteers will be helping with leading riders on horses through a series of game stations that the children play while on horseback. They leaves with smiles, pictures, and of course, a bag of candy.
Specifically we need of 45 volunteers per day over a two weekend period in late October...October 23, 24, 30, and 31 from 11:00AM-5:15PM. We're asking for volunteers to sign up for one or more days and they can sign up by scanning the QR code in the picture/flyer. We will provide lunches and soft drinks to all volunteers during the day as well as having time to have short breaks,

The mission of Project H.O.P.E. is to enhance the quality of life for people dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges through innovative equestrian activities. We combine traditional therapy with the healing touch of horses. Our work focuses on providing these services to those families that cannot afford our counseling, through scholarships and reduced fee structures.
Description
We have been serving the Findlay and Bowling Green, Ohio communities for over 15 years, providing Equine Assisted Therapies to our clients, regardless of their ability to pay for our counseling. We are a small organization that has no administrative employees, only contract counselors and volunteers. We have two locations, BG and Findlay and hold a number of fundraisers thought the year to support our efforts.

- Must be at least 18
- The only requirements is to have some horse experience if you sign up for the volunteer slots to work with the horses. Otherwise we still need many volunteers each day who do not have any horse experience.
