Description

Did you know? An estimated four million Illinois adults have low skills in performing reading and math tasks that keep them from using printed/written information to function successfully in today’s society.

More than 60,000 people in L&C's district struggle with basic literacy. Are you ready to make a difference in your community by helping others learn how to read, understand math or improve their English language skills? You do not have to be a college graduate or a teacher to tutor. Project READ trains you. Inquire today about helping another individual learn to read or improve their skills.
