Nevada Conservation League invites our community to support the annual Home Means Nevada dinner as part of our mission to enhance the natural character of Nevada and the quality of life for Nevadans through effective advocacy, the election of pro-conservation candidates, and building environmental collaboration. Volunteers will receive free food, beverage, and get the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic program with awards and quality keynote speakers.

Volunteers will be expected to help out with different operations pertaining to the event which will be limited to simple tasks such as giving directions, helping guests check-in, and more more. Different shifts are available but volunteers should expect to show up as early as 3pm and possibly stay as late as 9:30pm. Accommodations can be made to those who can't stay throughout the entirety of the event.

Those who are seriously interested in volunteering are also asked to fill out the following form: tinyurl.com/NCLAnnualDinner

Mission Statement

The Nevada Conservation League is the independent political voice of Nevada’s Conservation Community. We work to maintain and enhance the natural character of Nevada and the quality of life for Nevadans through effective advocacy, the election of pro-conservation candidates, and building collaboration.

Description

The Nevada Conservation League works to unite these voices to educate Nevadans about important conservation issues and to lay the groundwork for policies that will protect our natural resources. Whether it’s growing Nevada’s clean energy economy, protecting our special places from irresponsible development or ensuring that our wildlife resources are managed according to scientific principles, you can count on the Nevada Conservation League to be engaged in the fight and working to advance the causes that all Nevadans care about.
