SCORE, a National nonprofit organization, uses mentoring and educational programs to help those who want to start or scale up small businesses.

Have you enjoyed success in the business world? Come volunteer for SCORE Chattanooga and help the next wave of small business owners. We have a variety of ways in which you can make a difference:

** MENTOR: Work one-on-one with clients. We are looking for expertise in business planning, e-commerce, business development, marketing, social media, accounting and more.
** SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT: Have a deep and thorough knowledge of specific area? Use it to join mentors when clients need help in a particular area in their journey.
** WORKSHOP/WEBINAR PRESENTER: Pick a topic of interest and do a presentation to an interested group of entrepreneurs. Our webinars cover starting up, finances, social media, franchising, e-commerce, best website practices, non-profit grant-writing and so much more. If you are passionate about a topic, come teach about it.
** COMMITTEE WORK: Our committees always need smart people. Help us with recruiting, fundraising, volunteer onboarding, education, diversity and inclusion, and more.
