Hygiene pantry organization consists of the stocking, sorting and arranging of donations. Hygiene items will be reviewed to ensure they are in good condition before being put into the closet. Clothing must be sorted through and determined what is in good condition and valuable to our clients. Non-perishable food items must be checked for expiration dates and damage.

Shifts are flexible Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 7pm.

Orientation, training and volunteer handbook will be provided on your first shift!

5 Shifts

  • morning / 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM
  • afternoon / 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM
  • afternoon / 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM
  • afternoon / 04:00 PM to 04:45 PM
  • evening / 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM
  • NONE OF THESE TIMES WORK FOR ME, BUT I CAN STILL HELP

Founded in 2018, EmpowHERment was birthed after the loss of its founder, Ambee Stephens's father. Serving as a virtual platform, the organization was founded to help women connect, inspire, and support one another. Now, Here at EmpowHERment Community Center, we see the value in women. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Women Empowerment Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment, and progress.
