Join our team and provide support to people rentering the community after incarceration.

We provide wrap around services such as: employment training, reentry planning, family conferencing, cognitive behavioral therapy and life coaching/mentor support. These services are aimed at addressing risk factors established in an intensive assesment to help people succeed in their new lives.

Reentry Advocates are responsible, organized , compassionate, and interested being apart of a client's success on the outside. Advocates need to attend one three hour mandatory training and supplemental one hour training and ongoing monthly trainings associated with therapeutic models, listening skills, and motivational interviewing to name a few.

Reentry advocates meet with clients in the office, help clients with basic organizational skills and monitor completion of reentry goals. The advocate is a less intensive version of the mentor, but still plays an important role in a client's life.
