  • Encore Fellowships are available for those considering retirement, with 20+ years progressive work experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellows are paid $25,000 for 1000 hours of their time.

    San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit focused on the arts is seeking a Fellow focused on human resources management. The fellows will manage all aspects of HR Operations including employee orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Familiarity with California state employment laws is required. The position is 100% remote. Candidates living in California are preferred, but applicants anywhere in the US will be considered.
