The Encore Fellowships Network

  • Encore Fellowships are available for those considering retirement, with 20+ years progressive work experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act.

    A community non-profit is seeking two Encore Fellows to serve as Compliance Managers/Monitors. The work will be a combination of remote and on-site. Under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer, the fellows will establish protocols and policies for compliance with grants and program delivery, including monitoring of compliance, analysis, and post-award services to assure compliance and specific requirements are met. They will also serve as a resource and internal liaison to program staff on grant compliance, creating control structures and systems to track objectives, internal reporting, monitoring, and benchmarking.

Fellows need a successful track record (25 years+) in compliance or oversight. The stipend for this role is $20,000. Contact Los Angeles Program Director Judy Bamberger at
