Phoenix Hospice’s volunteer program is looking for compassionate, caring members of our community who are interested in hospice volunteering. Do you have an interest in spending time with patients? Do you love engaging in a variety of activities or have a favorite one you’d like to share? Would you like to lend a helping hand in our office? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, Phoenix is looking for you! Join Team Phoenix to start serving your community and helping your neighbors!
Hospice volunteers can perform many tasks, here are just a couple examples:
- Visit patients, providing companionship & emotional support
- Write letters
- Scrapbook
- Make phone calls
- Help with bereavement
If visiting with patients is not something you're interested in, we also offer volunteer opportunities in our office!
