We are looking for someone who is passionate about God and helping people grow in God through serving. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the following:

  • Maintain all of new hire and current team members paperwork in order and properly filed/ processed in the virtual filing cabinet.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews
  • Assist with conducting interviews
  • Ensure all HR policies are being followed within the Church
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Assist with team member training
This opportunity has flexible availability Monday - Friday. However, it is required that our Director of HR be available on Sunday's from 8:30 PM EST. until 10:30 PM EST. This opportunity is one hundred percent virtual meaning there will be no need to report to a physical location.
