Mission Statement

To raise, shape, and disciple worship leaders with a biblical understanding of worship from Scripture.

Description

Alpha Worship Connection is committed to local churches and their worship ministries. We believe
that there is a great necessity for local worship leaders to be scripturally trained so that worship
within the body is done in "spirit and in truth" (John 4:24). Worship pastors and worship leaders have
a mandate to see that their ministry disciples all generations in the church, laying preferences aside
for the glory of God alone in the corporate gather.
Our training workshops focus on areas such as music theory, instruments, vocals, a theology
of worship and leadership skills, Worship planning, Discipleship training among others. All
this is done through connecting with local churches where senior pastors together with the
worship teams organize these training events. Each organizing church is responsible to invite
worship teams from different churches with in the communities and is asked to help provide
meals for the invited teams who are part of the event.
