Ruff Haven Crisis Sheltering is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is able to communicate our mission to our clients, donors, and community partners through engaging emails and newsletters. This role includes creating email campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional materials (which may include direct mail.)

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Executive Director and our Graphic Designer to discuss project details and objectives
• Develop content for promotional materials including "e-blasts", electronic newsletters, direct mail, and other materials as needed
• Assist in planning, writing and managing monthly eNewsletter
• Be open to engaging in feedback and present innovative and unique ideas

• Previous internship or related experience in marketing or communications
• Proficient in using Mailchimp and Google Suite; knowledge of graphic design and using Canva a plus
• Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task
• Communicate in a timely manner and complete projects with a quick turnaround (48-72 hours) at times
