Job Description : Send celebratory correspondence for Doing Good.



Time Involved : Approximately 3 hours/month.



Responsibilities

  • Share genuine appreciation on behalf of Doing Good on a personal level.
    • Handwritten notes and letters
    • Phone calls
    • Voicemails
  • Send celebratory messages over the phone to Doing Good volunteers to thank them for their time and talent.
    • Birthdays
    • Volunteer anniversaries
    • Upon conclusion of volunteerism with Doing Good
  • Write and mail handwritten notes as opportunities arise. Stationery and stamps will be provided.
    • New volunteers
    • Donors
