Our mission at Day One Fitness is to partner with those fighting neurological conditions, equipping them to challenge their expectations and empowering them to lead the best life possible.
Description
We all know exercise is important! But for those living with progressive diseases like Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease research shows that high-intensity exercise can actually slow the progression of symptoms. Targeted exercise programs during post-stroke have shown improved functional outcomes as well. Using carefully crafted high-intensity workouts such as non-contact boxing, movement classes, balance, strength, and agility training, we seek to EMPOWER our "fighters" to live the best life possible.
