No experience is necessary! The role includes a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining the equipment, building, and grounds. Cleaning, maintenance, and lawn work are always needed as well. If you have a knack for handyman work, you can be a key contributor in helping us to maintain our facility at a professional level!

Description
We all know exercise is important! But for those living with progressive diseases like Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease research shows that high-intensity exercise can actually slow the progression of symptoms. Targeted exercise programs during post-stroke have shown improved functional outcomes as well. Using carefully crafted high-intensity workouts such as non-contact boxing, movement classes, balance, strength, and agility training, we seek to EMPOWER our "fighters" to live the best life possible.
