The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.
Of the 92% of volunteers that make up the Red Cross workforce, many are behind the scenes, engaging critical work to welcome volunteers into the Red Cross, guide and track necessary training, keep relevant and pressing mission opportunities in the forefront and provide encouragement for the journey. This work happens under the guidance of Red Cross service leaders and is important as we care, recognize and prepare our volunteers to carry out the Red Cross mission. All training is provided. Work is virtual and flexible according to your schedule.
