Assist staff and clients perform the day-to-day operations at the Shelter i.e. answer questions for clients in the Service Center, clean the facilities and deliver meals.

Assist clients in the waiting area with resource finding, phone calls, referrals, etc. Direct clients to appropriate meetings, workshops, provide assistance with computer class, resumes, and assist with laundry. You may promote engagement of clients in the weekly art class, games, and culturally enriching events. You may provide information to clients/prospective clients (in person/over the phone), etc. Also, you may help ensure clients exit the floor during meals and meeting times, timely and orderly.

  • 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM
  • 12:30 PM to 05:00 PM
  • NONE OF THESE TIMES WORK FOR ME, BUT I CAN STILL HELP

We provide shelter and supportive services to adult men and women who are homeless. We work closely with our clients, through intensive case management, to help them achieve the goal of sustainable housing.

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • A minimum of 2 shifts per month at the same time on the same weekday. Ideally the same shift every week- this builds trust and relationships with staff and clients.
