Global Aid for the Marginalized-Ghana is looking for fundraisers and International grant writers. School children in Ghana are exposed to unhygienic environment as several of them sit on the open dusty floor, under severe heat and sweat with its attendant health hazards, to be taught.

There are inadequate school desks or furniture for the schools from kindergarten to the Junior High Schools. A team of Global Aid visited some selected schools in Ghana and it was revealed that, the children overcrowd in a single classroom to be taught. In primary five (5), forty five (45) pupils had only eight (8) of the dual desk furniture and about four (4) pupils were seen sharing one (1) desk.

This is very serious as it has effect on the children handwriting. In some cases, the children go to school with their own kitchen stool to sit on to study. Some teachers also sit on broken tables and chairs. Mats were laid for kindergarten children to sit and study.

hey were faced with logistical and infrastructural needs making the students the "most at risk". It is for this reason that we seek for fundraisers and grant writers to reach donors to aid the deprived schools in Ghana.
