Become an Aviant Hospice valued volunteer and you’ll be joining a team of compassionate people who provide loving support to terminally ill patients in Cottonwood and the surrounding communities.
Our volunteers provide companionship and socialization to our patients by reading to them, helping them with creative legacy projects, offering gentle hand and arm massage, household chores, yard clean-up, running errands, transportation and so much more.

Description
At Aviant Hospice we aim to exceed the expectations of our patients and families in providing outstanding care, and promoting autonomy resulting in improved quality of life. Our team is committed to providing comfort and dignity through physical, emotional and spiritual support. As Health Care professionals, we are also dedicated to educating the community about the benefit of hospice. We provide care for our patients in their homes, in assisted living and long-term care facilities or wherever our patients call home.
Aviant Hospice affirms life. It neither hastens nor postpones death but assists the patient and family in living with a life limiting illness. Hospice regards dying as a normal process at end of life which we can provide dignity and comfort for the patient and their loved ones.
