Global Perspectives is back with a unique hybrid format!

We want to create an accessible, inclusive, welcoming, and well-coordinated Global Perspectives experience and look forward to working with a group of detail-oriented and well-organised virtual volunteers to assist in delivering the conference. Volunteering as a virtual volunteer at Global Perspectives is your chance to be a key part of a unique international conference, gain professional experience running a virtual event and engage with innovating content

Volunteer Roles

Volunteers at Global Perspectives 2021 will have a chance to demonstrate and expand their professional competence working on virtual events. The specific duties for the volunteers will be split into three main areas:

• Help Desk - assisting the Central Global Perspectives Team respond to any questions from participants who are struggling to navigate the virtual venue
• Session Support - providing tech support in workshop sessions (experience using Zoom required)
• Community Support - overseeing contributions to the community forums

Full training will be provided to all volunteers but a strong and stable internet connection will be required
