The Humane Society of Mason County is seeking volunteers to join our new Marketing/Public Relations Committee. This position utilizes CANVA, SOCIAL MEDIA, CONSTANT CONTACT and a WEEBLY server website. Volunteers need to be comfortable on a computer. The Purpose and Mission of this committee is to: Create a strong community presence, build/grow confidence in the local animal welfare community Provide information to the public about HSMC: How to support How to volunteer/ be involved How to access services / available services Future plans / Shelter project Make sure HSMC mission is clear to the community Explore and lead strategic partner opportunities Develop relationships with local and county representatives Skills and attributes we are looking for in committee members include: Networking skills Graphic design Social media Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills If you are interested in joining this committee please submit a volunteer application online at www.hsmcwa.org.
