Open Circle seeks to be an inclusive community, and we especially desire to be inclusive of people of ALL ages in everything we do. Everyone is welcome in our large group gathering. However, we also recognize the value in providing multiple experiences during our gatherings, especially for young children.
We offer childcare during our weekly Sunday morning gatherings because we want to offer age-appropriate and inclusive environments. Childcare is offered for children ages 1 - grade 5 during each gathering.
Childcare volunteers will help create a safe, fun, inclusive space for Open Circle children and assist in teaching the curriculum.
Childcare volunteers will serve in one of three classrooms:
Classroom #1: Children ages 1-3
Classroom #2: Children ages 4 through 1st grade
Classroom #3: Children in 2nd-5th grade

Open Circle began gathering in 2018. We are a community rooted in the Christian tradition, and therefore will constantly be evolving in belief and practice. We don’t seek to be "exclusively Christian", but "inclusively Christian", and desire to be open, affirming, and hospitable to all people.
