ORGANIZATION: The Salvation Army Bushwick

Christmas is the time when the Salvation Army seeks to raise most of its funds to support their programs throughout the year. Most of these funds however goes towards buy Christmas presents, food hampers, providing shelf during winter months and much more. As a bell ringer you have the opportunity to be an ambassador for the Salvation Army and help raise much needed funds for our programs. All of our location are in Manhattan

Duties:

Stand at an assigned location for a three hour period with brakes as needed
smile and thank donors
ring the bell, sing dance whichever you choose
help bring cheer to passerby on the streets

The Salvation Army Bushwick Worship and Community Center has served the Bushwick community for over 4o years. We pride ourselves in serving selflessly, with compassion, grace and love. Our goal is to provide high-quality services to the Bushwick community. Some programs offered at this location include but are not limited to:
