Mission Statement

The Belmont Water Dog Run is committed to providing a family friendly event to Belmont, California and its surrounding communities while bringing awareness to support local schools.

Description

The Belmont Water Dog Run, a 501(c)(3) public charity organization, is a family friendly 5k, 10k, 1 Mile Kids' Fun Run and 1 Mile FIDO (dog) Run. Beneficiaries of this event are the Belmont Redwood Shores School District and the Carlmont Academic Foundation. Saturday, October 12, 2019 will be the 2nd annual Belmont Water Dog Run. Selling out in 2018, an unprecedented feat for a first year event, this community event was well-received and supported by the City of Belmont and its residents. The event strives to provide a fun and unique experience to all who participate. Whether it be our famous pancake breakfast hosted by the Rotary of Belmont & Redwood Shores or the special swag provided by sponsors like Speck Products and Pet Food Express, our goal is to make our participants feel special.
