Help Make our Fantasy of Lights Extra Bright This Year!

Fantasy of Lights is a 1.5 mile drive-through holiday lights and display entertainment extravaganza for the whole family. On Saturday & Sunday, December 4th & 5th, visitors will be able to walk through the park and view the holiday light displays on foot, enjoying holiday music, food trucks and more.

It is a really fun night and we rely on many volunteers to make this evening a success! Volunteers will be spread out in various zones throughout the event and are needed to help guide visitors at the entrance and exit, keep visitors safe and on the paths, provide information, take photos, and more.

Volunteer hours can be applied to school or community organization service hours. Each volunteer will receive a complimentary pass to the Drive-Thru event to be used Sunday-Thursday throughout the month of December. Dinner and refreshments are also provided!

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
All registered volunteers must report to the Gateway Pavilion at Vasona Park to sign in and for orientation.

Volunteers must be age 14+ to volunteer. All youth volunteers age 14-17 must have their parent sign a waiver and release form to participate.

Upon arrival, you may be assigned to any of the following areas:
Netflix:
Assist with parking and will include 10 Stroller Elves.
Stroller Elves:
Assist with shuttle bus cargo unloading (i.e. strollers). Assist with line control. *Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Entrance/Exit Greeters:
Assist visitors through the entrance/exit lines in a safe, controlled, manner.
Event staff will provide further direction on how to manage the lines.
Photography Assistant and Roadway Monitors:
Assist public in offering to take photos for them in safe locations on the roadway. Ask people to walk, not run, in the park. Gently remind guests that they must remain on the vehicle roadway. Keep guests on the paved roadways and away from grass or dirt areas, light displays, and railroad tracks due to nighttime safety and tripping hazards.
