Thank you for your interest in The Citizen Project. The goal of our nonprofit is to represent residents and ensure their concerns are addressed.

We are looking for individuals with a marketing background to socialize our upcoming technology platform to the community. We need someone who is skilled in marketing, promotion, branding, and/or positioning in various forms of media.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the social media and community marketing strategy, including but not limited to strategic initiatives like high-quality contents strategy, paid social media, influencer relationships, competitive research, contests, community engagement, and growth.
2. Determine & maintain KPI/measurement frameworks & overall social media and community listening frameworks including crisis management

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience (social media and community) marketing, preferably with civic causes
• Proven experience managing multiple social media and community channels worldwide, with examples of successful KPI achievements relating to growth and engagement.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software startup company where change is a constant
• Able to demonstrate growth hacker strategies for drastically growing audiences across social media and community channels like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord
