Vendor Assistance (4)- Coordinating the set-up per assigned spaces. All volunteers assisting general clean-up of area after the event concludes.

WE ARE RAISING FUNDS FOR ANGELS OF AMERICA'S FALLEN, an organization that provides education, mentoring, counseling and support to children of those who were killed in the line of duty from military, police and fire. REGISTRATION Volunteers will coordinate the Registration table assisting the show entrants, some pre-registered, some needing to register. Each vehicle will be assigned a number which will be logged on their respective registration form, and they will receive a number placard to display on their vehicle. Registration will also provide each entrant with a Goodie Bag. Two of the registration volunteers will also distribute and or sell door prize tickets. Each entry will receive one (1) free ticket; additional may be purchased. Registration will be open until 9AM. Afterwards those volunteers will be selling the 50/50 and door prize tickets.

TRAFFIC CONTROL volunteers will then assist in directing the vehicles into their space/s. There will also be the need to organize the arriving vendors into their assigned space/s. There may be some need to assist the vendors in setting up so me of their booths. After the show's conclusion volunteers will assist in moving the cars out of the show area safely as there will likely be many pedestrians.

AUCTION volunteers will assist in unloading our auction items from our vehicle into the auction tent. The items then need to be displayed for the event. Items will be displayed and set-up in the auction area. From the time the event begins until the end of the auction, (about 1 hr prior to the conclusion of the event), volunteers will be posted by the auction item display. Their duties during this period will include explaining to the clients how to place a bid, describe the items, reinforce the reason why they should bid to support the charity, and security. All information will be provided to each volunteer prior to the start of the event. The security entails watching the items don't grow feet and walk away. Yes, theft happens at charity events too. Following the conclusion of the auction, volunteers will assist in the sale process of the items to the high bidders, usually just making sure the buyer receives the correct item and that they can show proof of purchase before leaving with the item. When all is said and done, the remainder of the items not sold will be gathered, repacked, and loaded back into our vehicle.
