Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience providing administrative support for a director-level position

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional and concise email etiquette

- Experience with coordinating and scheduling meetings with multiple stakeholder groups and high-level executives

- Highly organized with a penchant for detail

- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities

Additional Qualifications a Plus:

- Experience in the nonprofit sector
