We've been searching for someone just like you! Yes, you! That's right. Your skills in program management, training, and evaluation are exactly what we need to help move our organization forward. Every Good Work of North Texas creates opportunities for youth to grow, show, and share goodwill through service to others.

You'll oversee our Youth Leading for Good program where we train youth in 8th -12th grade leadership skills.

Other duties include:

Training facilitators
Planning initial youth training sessions
Ensure approved curriculum is implemented
Identify and inspect facility prior to meeting sessions
Interact with group of 15 youth
Communicate regularly with parents
Prepare session materials
