Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

• Acts as an expert on how Asana works and where to find content.
• Track and become familiar with any updates and new features.
• Be a resource for volunteers who have questions about any functions or updates.
• Acts as a lesion between Asana support and ARO volunteers.
• Troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
• Connect with all new volunteers to train them on how to use the platform.
• Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
• Attend all department and company meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Must be available to volunteer 8-10+ hours a week
• Extensive knowledge of Asana and how it functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
