Girls + Cookies = Financial Literacy!

Coordinate and manage local cookie cupboard. We are seeking someone who would serve as a distribution center for Girl Scout cookies during cookie season for local Girl Scouts. Individual would:

*Must be able to provide a clean, dry, and safe environment to store Girl Scout Cookies including leaving cookies on a pallet if stored in a garage storage area.
*host hours for volunteers to pick up cookies

  • Ability to be open Friday and Saturday on council hot spot booth weekends (and Sunday if possible). We would prefer late hours on Friday and at least 4-5 hours on Saturday.
  • Ability to have cupboard open for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
  • Ability to keep a daily inventory of cookies in your cupboard and be able to complete the necessary paperwork to keep the running inventory
  • Ability to have access to a telephone, voicemail, and email to communicate with the troops and Council.
  • Ability to have access to internet and a tablet or smart phone to perform cupboard business
  • Must maintain a positive environment for troop volunteers to come and pick up cookies
