Community Alliance Pact, Inc. (CAP) is currently in search of Innovative, Self-Starting, and Motivated Board Members! Our mission is to teach Financial Literacy skills to individuals and prepare them to remain financially fit! We will utilize specialists with financial backgrounds and various financial skills to teach this information to residents of underprivileged communities. We believe hope and a vision is all a person needs to push them to greater heights. "If you can see it, you can be it!"

CAP has an amazing cause and we will be needing a larger presence on the Board to manage tasks and operations. We are looking for three (3) specific titles, as follows:

  • Vice President
  • Assistant Secretary
  • Community Outreach Coordinator
We are looking for individuals that take their role seriously and do not require micromanaging to complete tasks. These roles are not very time consuming as of yet, however, certain tasks may be demanding at certain times. The Board Member must be able to meet deadlines and stay on top of duties daily and/or weekly.

Having experience in one of the above roles is a plus, but not mandatory. A strong skill set is equally important. The skills we are looking for in volunteers consists of:

Description

Community Alliance Pact, Inc. (CAP) was founded by President Juan'Kimla Robinson. She believes that by making financial literacy skills easily accessible, she will create more successful individuals that will pour back into the development of their communities. The programs that will be offered will be in a seminar format and will all be on financial literacy topics. Her vision is to not only teach people how to get financially fit, but to also teach them how to remain financially fit. Here are some examples of the programs CAP will offer:

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 21
  • Be available for weekly meeting via Zoom. Meetings are flexible and are scheduled around all Board Members availability. Currently, most Board Members are available on weekends. Check Microsoft Teams at least once per night to read any/all updates.
