Compound Yellow is an artist-run, multi-functional project space and residency program in Oak Park. We are entering our fall programming and could use some help this season!
* Help with our annual arts and crafts fair (Multiple Goods Fair)
* Fall Giving Tuesday fundraiser + Art auction (planning, outreach and auction set up)
* Website updating
* Staffing of all events
* Help with Prairie garden
* Storage clean up and order + Studio clean up for fall workshops
* Help with social media + Community outreach
* Non-profit development + Grant writing

Mission Statement
Compound Yellow is an independent, experimental arts space in Oak Park, IL. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) experimental art space with curatorial focus in cultural production, sharing economies, participatory art, and interdisciplinary explorations. Comprised of a group of artists, curators, educators, parents and engaged citizens, Compound Yellow hosts exhibitions, interventions, performances, workshops, lectures, gatherings, and collective imagining. We want to celebrate a culture of sharing, connecting and collective action!

We continue to work with a long list of collaborators including Regin Igloria, Matthew Nicholas (a co-founder of CY), Lora Lode, (Co-foudner of CY) Andrew Nord, Erik Peterson, Melissa Potter, Alisa Reith, and Ryan Thompson. And we are grateful for the ongoing support of our many interns and volunteers!
