Assistance is needed to best organize QuickBooks Online for this small nonprofit. We have several years of transactions to help with determining how to setup QuickBooks for current and future needs. Knowledge and experience with nonprofit accounting practices to best support government reporting, grants, and tax filing is what is needed at this time. Guidance on using reports in QuickBooks Online is also requested.
This is a likely 2-4 hours of assistance.

For our main program, The Teacher Shop, we collect and provide secondhand supplies needed by teachers and their students in the suburban Cook County region.
We currently collect craft and art materials in hopes to open a creative reuse shop to keep usable items in circulation to help the Earth, STEAM education, and financially support the The Teacher Shop.
