The Arc Portland Metro offers various programs in Washington, Clackamas & Multnomah Counties. These programs serve our Intellectual and Developmentally disabled communities.

We have programs that are on helping folks socialize, make art and other specialized interests. If you have a passion for our community we would love to have you join us and make a difference.


We also have opportunities for grants, fundraising, and volunteer support. Our hours vary by program for location and time.

The Arc Portland Metro provides advocacy, support, and services to children and adults experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities [IDD] and their families. Our vision is that people with all levels of ability have and embrace the opportunity to work, have relationships, contribute to their communities, and live life to the fullest.

The Arc Portland Metro is a non-profit organization committed to helping people experiencing IDD achieve their greatest potential. Programs include information and referral services, community inclusion, an adult and teen recreation club, and a health and wellness class series.
