The Pathlight Seasons program is a series of events meant to provide community and care for Pathlight HOME residents during the holidays. This year the Pathlight Seasons program is being adjusted to include hot meals, gifts and quick activities all while walking through a holiday experience. Pathlight HOME is looking for volunteers to assist with one of the Pathlight Seasons programs: Restore Holiday Fest.

Volunteers are needed to help serve meals and help with activities throughout the walk through experience. Volunteers will also help facilitate quick activities while walking through the holiday experience including passing out meals, photo ops, gifts, and raffles.

Volunteers will be required to wear a mask at all times.

Description

Pathlight HOME changes the lives of homeless and low-income Floridians by providing affordable housing and economic opportunities. We are a non-profit organization providing over 600 formerly homeless individuals with permanent, supportive housing in Central Florida. Originally incorporated as Grand Avenue Economic Development Corp., we have helped more than 5,000 of our homeless neighbors through our "housing first" philosophy.

Pathlight HOME also operates two social enterprises, Pathlight Kitchen and Sobik’s Café. These enterprises create an opportunity for low-income community members to learn culinary skill sets, enabling them to overcome barriers to employment and earn higher wages.
