ORGANIZATION: YELLOW HEART COMMITTEE

The bookkeeper is responsible for performing a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties including processing payroll bi-weekly, financial record keeping and transactions including A/P, A/R, monthly billing and General Ledger.

Duties included but not limited to:

  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.

  • Processing payments.

  • Conducting daily banking activities.

  • Producing various financial reports.

  • Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience bookkeeping, finance, or accounting
