SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSOCIATES

The Social Media Associate at YHC will primarily work under the direction of the Director of Social Media/Marketing to support our social media presence and engagement. The Social Media Associate will serve as the primary liaison between the Community Programming, Community Outreach, and Policy teams for their social media requests.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Creating and executing social media strategies to increase engagement

• Maintaining a unified brand voice across different social media channels

• Assisting in the creation of the social media calendar

• Developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms

• Assisting in the creation and edition of written, video, and photo content for our social media platforms and website

• Interacting with users and responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments

Ideal candidate:

• Demonstrated graphic design capabilities

• Experience in social media marketing

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Must know how to use Canva

• Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently
