Arthritis affects 1 in 3 Floridians and 300,000 children in the United States. Our team of dedicated professionals and volunteers are leading the fight for the arthritis community and helping to conquer everyday battles through life-changing information and resources, access to optimal care, advancements in science, and building community connections.

The Fundraising Chair leads the fundraising committee in the Tampa Bay community for the Arthritis. The chair (and committee) assists with recruiting sponsors, teams and individuals to support key fundraising events. They assist with identifying individuals, foundation, corporations, and grant opportunities to support the Arthritis Foundation. The Fundraising Chair will also assist with opening doors within their sphere of influence. Other duties as a board member include assisting in achieving annual mission & fundraising goals, strategic planning, representing the Arthritis Foundation in the community, attending quarterly board meetings, participating in at least one annual event, and more.
