National Multiple Sclerosis Society

MSlogo

The Bike MS: Valero Ride to the River is a two-day fundraising cycling event that takes riders on a journey from San Antonio to New Braunfels. Cyclists will experience routes with fully-stocked rest stops every 10-12 miles, a great lunch stop each day and support provided by volunteer nurses, HAM radio operators and law enforcement.

Your volunteer support drives breakthroughs in MS research and ensures people with MS have what they need to live their best lives.

Our Supply Truck Driver team is responsible for driving, loading, and unloading trucks and vans carrying supplies along the route. After delivery, they will then remain on-site at their given rest stop, control the distribution of supplies to the stop, and facilitate the reloading process post-event.

Moderate-to-heavy lifting may be required. Drivers with commercial licenses preferred. We will have 8 rest stop supply trucks, three bike transport trucks, and one refrigerated truck, and one truck which will transport each day's lunch. Exact assignments will be given shortly before the event
