Inukai Fall Vaccination & Testing Clinics

Boys And Girls Clubs Of The Portland Metropolitan Area are running Vaccination & Testing events at the Inukai Family Club located in Hillsboro throughout the fall season. These events include food boxes that will be distributed to people attending the event. Events are broken up into two parts, testing in the morning, and vaccinations in the afternoon. We are looking for volunteers to help with setting up, execution, and tear down for both testing, and vaccinations.

The testing portion of the event will run from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and will be a drive-thru service.

The Vaccine events will run from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM and are planned currently to be indoors. However, this may be changed to a drive-thru event at a later time.

For both events we are looking for volunteers who can:

• Setup Tables, chairs, and walking paths for the event
• Greet patients walking into the event
• Direct the flow of traffic, both for cars and walk-ups
• Event Teardown, so the club is ready to be re-opened Monday
• Handing out free food boxes, and potentially helping families carry them to their car
