Volunteers are one of HonorHealth's greatest resources. We are seeking compassionate volunteers to support Guest Service and welcome patients and their families to our facility. Volunteers will escort patients and their families to their destination.
Volunteering requires no previous job experience. You contribute the skills you already have. You have the opportunity to use your talents as well as learn new skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. Additional volunteer roles may be available.

HonorHealth is a non-profit, local community healthcare system serving an area of 1.6 million people in the greater Phoenix area. The network encompasses six acute-care hospitals, an extensive medical group, outpatient surgery centers, a cancer care network, clinical research, medical education, a foundation and community services with approximately 12,300 employees, 3,700 affiliated physicians and 800 volunteers. HonorHealth was formed by a merger between Scottsdale Healthcare and John C. Lincoln Health Network. HonorHealth’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of those we serve.

- We ask all volunteers to commit to one 4-hour shift a week. Shifts are flexible and typically scheduled between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., 7-days a week.
- Volunteers must attend an interview. Then volunteers must obtain a background check and health screening through our Employee Health Office at no charge.
