The 390th Memorial Museum is home to one of the very few remaining B-17G Flying Fortresses in the world.
Our volunteers, Docents, are trained and educated in the history and achievements of the 390th Bomb Group of the U.S. Army Air Forces' 8th Air Force during WW II. The Docents meaningfully interact with and serve the thousands of visitors who come to the museum from all over the world each year.

Our Docents are from all walks of life, many of whom are aviation enthusiasts, veterans, educators, those currently serving in the military, and anyone with an appreciation of what the men of the 390th, and other WW II veterans, contributed to the freedoms we Americans enjoy today.

Our Docents enjoy a warm and rich comradeship by sharing and exchanging each individual's passion and knowledge of military aviation, 390th history and their interaction with descendants of the men who gallantly and unselfishly served in the 390th during WW II.

If you are a WW II history enthusiast, this is a chance to be part of it.
