Day of Event Walk to End Alzheimer's Volunteer

We are looking to secure more volunteers for the Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, Oct. 2. If you are interested and available to volunteer during the event please fill out the following Google Form and we will get an assignment ready for you! Or reach out to Megan Meyer at 513.721.4284 (msmeyer@alz.org) if you have questions.

This google form will capture your updated contact information, t-shirt size and preferred duties and you will be able to accept the volunteer waiver. Please note we are asking all volunteers to be vaccinated or have a negative covid test the week of the Walk. You do not have to show this but by signing up you affirm to comply with this request. The event will have social distancing, hand sanitizing stations, optional mask-wearing, prepacked food and drinks only.
