Humane Society of Sarasota County

HSSC relies on volunteers to help care for animals in our shelter. Our Bright Futures Volunteers will work towards earning their volunteer hours while receiving hands on experience of how an animal shelter operates. These volunteers will assist us with the day-to-day operational tasks that keep our shelter running and our animals happy and healthy. Great experience for students who have a passion for animal welfare and wish to make a difference in the lives of shelter pets.
